Do You Know the Methodology of a Home Buyer?

When prospective buyers first start looking for homes, they put together a list of features they must have – bedrooms, location, price, etc and plug that into a browser. They are then shown tens or sometimes hundreds of homes. Typically, they aren't looking for the perfect home, but to eliminate all the homes they don't want. When they go through this initial thinning-down process, it is a very quick decision based on how well the home shows in the images.

The above images were shot on the same day at the same time. The ones on the left were shot with a high-end smartphone and unedited. The ones on the right shot with a full-frame camera and then carefully edited to show the space in a natural yet attractive light. Notice how much larger the space seems in the images on the right as well. This small and simple investment can often times pay for itself.
